The purpose of this program is to foster among students an appreciation for music, develop future audience, patrons and contributors for Civic Music and introduce the community to a variety of musical instruments and genres. To achieve this goal Civic Music may produce concerts or present artists to perform these services. Students from across southeastern Minnesota shall be bussed to the Mayo Civic Center to attend these events.

The Honors Choir of Southeastern Minnesota and the Southeastern Minnesota Youth Orchestra will perform again for this year's Youth Concert.
